- We strive to dispatch orders within one business day for non-personalized products ordered directly from our website within India. Our shipping service covers all delivery charges in India.
- Our business hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., excluding public holidays. Orders received on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- We primarily use Bluedart or Delhivery as our shipping carriers. While we aim for prompt delivery, we cannot control unforeseen delays caused by shipping carriers. If your delivery arrives outside our guaranteed window, please inform us, and we will refund any incurred shipping charges.
